Another week of high-flying sixes and bails flying everywhere is upon us with three huge fixtures of BBL action at the ready.
BetDeluxe has gone through all the best bets and tips from Monday to Wednesday, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the games.
Brisbane Heat vs. Melbourne Renegades
December 13th 7:15pm
Still searching for its first win BBL 11, Brisbane Heat enters its third match of the season when it faces the Melbourne Renegades at Metricon Stadium.
The Heat were easily accounted for by the Sydney Thunder in their first clash and then went down narrowly against Perth over at Optus Stadium.
Chris Lynn, who is such a barometer for the Heat, is yet to really fire with the willow and will be keen to put away his critics against a much improved Renegades team.
Under new coach David Saker, the Renegades have look a much more competitive outfit and have split their two fixtures to date with a win and loss both coming against Adelaide in a double-header.
The Renegades have relied upon openers Mackenzie Harvey and Sam Harper through their first two games with the absence of veterans Aaron Finch and Shaun Marsh.
However, the return of captain Nic Maddison is only going to strengthen the Renegades line up.
The leadership and steady head he should provide for his team is too much to ignore.
Expect the market to flip and the Renegades to start favourite closer to the first ball.
Suggested Bets: Melbourne Renegades head to head at $1.97
hobart hurricanes vs. Perth Scorchers
december 14th 7:15pm
The Hobart Hurricanes welcome to the Perth Scorchers to UTAS Stadium in what is the first meeting between the teams for BBL 11.
The Hurricanes scored a fabulous upset victory over last year’s champions the Sydney Sixers, albeit under the Duckworth Lewis method, but it was a win the purple army can potentially build its season on.
As for the Scorchers, they made it two wins from their first two games thanks to a brilliant century from star opener Colin Munro.
His 114 runs off only 73 balls led the Scorchers to a thumping 49-run win over Adelaide at Spotless Stadium.
The win really rubber stamped the Scorchers threat on the BBL title this season as they sit in second, equal on points with the first-placed Sixers, but with a game in hand.
A huge problem lies for the Hurricanes bowling attack if the likes of Tom Rogers, Joel Paris and Nathan Ellis cannot do damage with the ball.
Very tough to tip against the Scorchers with the form they are currently in.
Suggested Bets: Perth Scorchers head to head at $1.70
Melbourne stars vs. sydney sixers
December 15th 7:15pm
Another chapter in the Stars versus Sixers rivalry will be written when the pair do battle at the MCG.
After a disastrous opening game against the Sixers last week, the Stars have bounced back with two strong winning performances that have seen them charge to third on the BBL table.
The Sixers, meanwhile, had their winning streak to start the season brought to a halt against Hobart after falling short of their Duckworth Lewis allotted total of 198 runs.
This is going to be a great acid test to see if the Stars have learnt what it takes to become a championship winning BBL squad.
Their performance against the Sixers in the opening game was nothing short of embarrassing, but with big-hitting stars Glen Maxwell and Andre Russell in good form hitting this game, the Stars might just very well be able to find their way to a third-straight victory.
Suggested Bets: Melbourne Stars head to head at $1.97
