It’s a must win for the Clippers to avoid elimination at the hands of Dallas, while Brooklyn starts its best of seven against Milwaukee.
The best bets and preview for both games can be found below.
Los Angeles Clippers @ Dallas
June 5th 11:00am
Dallas is one win away from wiping Los Angeles out of the playoffs after an enormous 105-100 upset over the Clippers on Thursday.
The Clippers remain the only Los Angeles team left after the Lakers shock elimination and must win this to keep its season alive.
With Luka Doncic proving an unstoppable force in game five with 42 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds, the clamps must be put down on him if the Clippers stand a chance.
Kawhi Leonard was held to only 20 points in the game five loss and he will need to delve within the depths of talents to conjure up something special.
Paul George battled away well with 23 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, but his ability to combine with Leonard has not been enough.
Tyronn Lue needs to employ some type of defensive tactic to stop Doncic from going on the tear he is at the moment.
The Clippers have been in this situation in the series already; a must win at the American Airlines Centre.
They have the talent to succeed on the road again.
Suggested Bet: Los Angeles Clippers -2.5 at $1.89
Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Los Angeles Clippers -2.5
Leg 2: K. Leonard over 27.5 points
Leg 3: Total points scored under 216.5
Combined odds = $5.5
Milwaukee @ Brooklyn
June 4th 12:30pm
A heavyweight bout ensues when the offensive powerhouse that is Brooklyn face off against the Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee Bucks.
Milwaukee got the broom out against Miami for a clean sweep with Giannis proving unstoppable in the 4-0 series win.
Meanwhile, the Nets brushed aside the Boston Celtics with a 4-1 series win.
This best of seven will display the best talent on offer in the NBA.
Giannis averaged 23.5 points, 15 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game against the Celtics but that will be met by the triple threat of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and James Harden.
Durant, Irving and Harden are averaging 85.2 points combined thus far this playoffs series and have a blitzkrieg-like mentality on offence that is almost unbeatable.
This is going to be an amazing battle but suspect the NBA championship favourite will be taking advantage of a game one at home.
Suggested Bet: Brooklyn Nets -3.5 at $1.92
Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Brooklyn Nets head to head
Leg 2: K. Durant over 26.5 points
Leg 3: J. Harden over 8.5 assists
Leg 4: Total points scored under 239.5
Combined odds = $6
