The best bets and selections for a big set of IPL 2021 fixtures taking us into the weekend.

The best bets ahead of a swashbuckling set of IPL 2021 fixtures leading us into weekend.

It all starts with the Delhi Capitals Indians hosting the Kings 11.

Delhi cApitals vs. kings XI punjab

April 19th 12:00am

The Kings XI Punjab will look to make amends from its Saturday morning slip up when it faces the Delhi Capitals in their third fixture for IPL 2021.

The KL Rahul-led Punjabs put in a shockingly poor performance with the bat against the Chennai Super Kings.

With Rahul dismissed for only five runs, the Punjabs could only managed a meek 106 runs which was chased down with 26 balls to spare.

Much like their opponents, the Delhi Capitals are seeking to bounce from its first loss of the season after being humbled by the Rajasthan Royals on Friday.

Star wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant notched up a half century but it was little avail as the Royals chased down the 147-run target required for victory.

The quick back-up here for the Punjabs may work in their favour as there is less time to think about the lacklustre display against Chennai.

However, the same can be said about Delhi.

This shapes as a really tight match but the value lies with the Kings XI Punjab.

Suggested Bets:
– Kings XI Punjab head to head at $2.16
– Rishabh Pant top Delhi Capitals batsman at $4.35

Chennai Super Kings vs. Rajasthan Royals

April 20th 8:00pm

After sweeping the floor against the Kings XI Punjab, the Chennai Super Kings will look to make it consecutive victories when it faces the Rajasthan Royals.

The Super Kings bowling attack was at its best against the Punjabs with Deepak Chahar stunning with the ball yet again as he took four wickets for a mere 13 runs off his four overs in yet another man of the match display.

The batting line-up was poised chasing an awkward 106-run total for victory as Moeen Ali (46 runs off 31 balls) and Faf Du Plessis (36 not out off 33 balls) led the charge.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Royals poached their first victory of the season with a tightly contested three-wicket win over the Delhi Capitals.

It was David Miller (62 runs off 43 deliveries) and record signing Chris Morris (36 not out) who slashed away with the willow to guide the Royals home.

The Super Kings are well fancied to challenge for the IPL but the star power and signing of Morris – who has hit form – might just be enough to get the Royals over the line!

Suggested Bets:
– Rajasthan Royals head to head at $1.96
