The A-League Semi-Finals are here and what a double header we have with Sydney FC taking on Adelaide Untied and then Melbourne City against Macarthur FC.
Our team has scoured its way through both games and landed on the best bets for each fixture.
Sydney FC vs. Adelaide United
June 19th 7:05pm
Two of the original founding A-League franchises go head to head when Sydney FC host Adelaide United at Nestrata Jubilee Stadium on Saturday.
It is a semi-final between two teams full of history and passion with the home team continuing on its path to become the most successful club in A-League history, while the visitors trek towards a third A-League championship.
The Reds produced a stunning upset victory over Brisbane to progress through to the semi-finals after Tomi Juric ended his scoring drought to help his side to a 2-1 victory.
Meanwhile, Sydney FC has had the last fortnight off to prepare for this clash after ending its regular season with a 2-0 win over Brisbane.
The Sky Blues seem to be in the box seat for this game and will be brimming with confidence given their most recent result against Adelaide was a 4-1 win at Coopers Stadium.
Star striker Adam Le Fondre netted a brace as Patrick Wood and Bobo got in on the act to secure victory.
Carl Veart’s men might be able to take advantage of the fact they are up and about and have not had their momentum halted.
But the class factor and structure of this Sydney squad should bear fruit on the big stage.
Predicting Sydney to progress to another grand-final.

Melbourne City vs. Macarthur FC
June 20th 4:05pm
The championship favourite Melbourne City and newly formed Macarthur FC commence their semi-final fracas from Nestrata Jubilee on Sunday afternoon.
It has been a season of odd defying feats for the Bulls and that theme continued with one of the best finals victories in recent A-League history to set up this clash with the might of City.
The Bulls went down to 10 men against Central Coast in the elimination final last week but produced a stunning extra-time effort to come away with a 2-0 win thanks to goals from Charles M’Mombwa and Michael Ruhs.
It was a win that would have City coach Patrick Kisnorbo fully aware of what this Macarthur team is capable of.
City do not exactly enter this semi-final in a particularly great vein of form either.
Kisnorbo’s men only took home the three points in one of its last five matches and lost 2-1 to Newcastle in their final regular season fixture.
The Bulls also pinched a draw off City the last time these two teams met.
There is clearly a case to be made for the Bulls especially at a neutral venue.
But dealing with the class of Jamie Maclaren up front in a game he would have had his eye on for a long time is the factor the Bulls must quell.
We could be set for extra time… and penalties!
Prediction: Melbourne City 1 Macarthur FC 1
Suggested Bet: Draw head to head at $4
