Four home wins in a row are on offer for the Orlando Magic when it hosts the Detroit Pistons at the Amway Centre on Wednesday.
The Magic posted a 105-96 win against the Pistons on Monday and look set to repeat the dose after it followed wins against Golden State Warriors and the New York Knicks.
Nikola Vucevic was at his dominant best with 37 points and 11 rebounds in the victory on Monday as he continues to be the glue that binds the Magic together this season.
The win improved the Magic’s record to 13-18, while the Pistons were left to languish in its 22nd defeat for the season and now sit dead last in the Eastern Conference.
Pistons centre Mason Plumlee was no match for Vucevic and he’d need to double his output if his squad stands any chance at reversing the result of Monday afternoon.
Plumlee could only manage 10 points and seven rebounds in response to Vucevic, which, despite being in line with season average, was nowhere near enough to quell the Magic centre from dominating the game.
The efficiency between the two teams is what separates them at the moment with the talent of the Magic getting more bang for buck when in possession.
Detroit led in points in the paint (36-30), rebounds (56-54 of which nine were offensive rebounds) and steals (10-7) but were unable to make it count on the scoreboard.
A 37.4% field percentage compared to that of the Magic’s 43.2% field goal completion as well as an inferior free three conversion rate was what sealed the fate for the Pistons.
With minimal time to get in a meaningful amount of practice to work on their shooting, it’s hard to see anything changing here.
Orlando will make it four wins in a row at the Amway Centre and we’re getting basically the exact same odds as we did on Monday.
Suggested Bet: Orlando Magic head to head at $1.65
Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1 Magic Win
Leg 2 T. Ross 2+ Three Pointers
Leg 3 N. Vucevic 2+ Three Pointers
Leg 4 J. Grant 21.5+ Points
Combined Odds = $3.8
ATLANTA @ CLEVELAND

Trae Young heads the way for his Atlanta Hawks as they travel to the Quickens Loan Arena for an Eastern Conference clash against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Ranked eighth in the league for individual point scoring this season, Young has managed to hit 26.9 points per game as the Hawks sit in 11th spot of the East with a 13-17 win-loss record.
The Hawks guard put in one of his season best performances’ against Denver on Monday amassing 35 points and 15 assists in a 123-115 win against the Denver Nuggets.
Meanwhile, the Cavaliers looked poised for a push towards a playoffs berth early in the season but a horrific 10-game losing streak, which it is yet to snap, has seen them plummet down to second last in the East.
Colin Sexton has been the shining light throughout for the Cavaliers and has toiled away bravely to average 22.9 points per game but it was his performance against the Hawks earlier this season that will spur his side on.
A 27-point effort from Sexton led the Cavaliers to a 96-91 victory over the Hawks.
Facing a 15-point deficit in the third quarter, Sexton went to work alongside Andre Drummond (12 points and 11 rebounds) and journeyman Javale McGee (14 points and nine rebounds) to come away with the win.
The Hawks did start the $1.41 favourites and get the Cavaliers in terrible form but the value looks to be with the home side to cover the point spread.
Suggested Bet: Cleveland Cavaliers to cover the point spread of +8 points at $1.90
Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1 Cavs +7.5
Leg 2 J.Allen over 10.5 rebounds
Leg 3 D. Garland over 4.5 assists
Leg 4 T. Young over 7.5 assists
Combined Odds = $4.70
PORTLAND V DENVER

High-scoring mainsprings Damien Lillard and Nikola Jokic come head to head as the Portland Trail Blazers continue its three-game road trip against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday.
Lillard and Jokic are amongst the best scorers in the NBA this season with the Trail Blazers point guard ranked third in the league scoring 30 points per game, while the Nuggets centre is ranked 10th with 26.6 points per game.
The Trail Blazers will be keen to get back into winning ways after a disappointing 118 to 111 upset loss to the Washington Wizards on Sunday was followed up by a crushing 132 to 100 defeat against the Phoenix Suns.
Lillard was well below his best only managing 24 points in both outings as Portland stumbled to an 18-12 record.
The Nuggets, too, come into this fixture with losing form.
A 123 to 115 defeat against the Atlanta Hawks saw its percentage pulled back to 0.533 and it now sits in seventh spot in the Western Conference.
In what is the first encounter between these two franchises this season, offensively both times are almost identical for points scored but it is defensively where the Nuggets seem to have the edge.
Having only conceded 111.8 points per match compared to the Trail Blazers 115.2, the Nuggets will try to lock away Lillard who is always central to Portland’s winning chances.
The Nuggets also share the ball around more often.
Michael Malone’s men have tallied up 6.5 more assists per game than their Portland counterparts and it is a tactic that is sure to be utilized.
The Trail Blazers are likely to be somewhat jaded facing up for their second game in as many days.
if they have to chase the passing game of the Nuggets it might just see them run out of puff and it could end in another blowout.
Suggested Bet: Denver Nuggets to cover the point spread over -7.5 at $1.95
Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1 N. Jokic Points + Assists + Rebounds over 35
Leg 2 M. Porter Jr over 13.5 Points
Leg 3 E. Kanter over 9.5 rebounds
Leg 4 Nuggets +2.5
Combined Odds = $3.40
