A four-game slide has the Chicago Bulls fading in an ultra-competitive East chase for the top seed as they prepare to face the Philadelphia 76ers.

The 76ers leap-frogged the Bulls in the Eastern Confernece last week, but does come into this game with losing form.

However, the 76ers were without James Harden, who sat out to rest his hamstring.

They’re a perfect 4-0 with him in the team and his return here is much awaited.

His return is one of the reasons the Sixers are comfy 6.5-point favorites in this one.

DeMar DeRozan has loved being dubbed with the underdog tag this season, but his freakish form will not be enough to stop Harden and Joel Embiid.

Suggested Bet: Philadelphia 76ers -6.5 at $1.88

march 8th 11:00am

The Atlanta Hawks are on the road as they make the trip to face the Detroit Pistons Tuesday morning.

Atlanta comes in off a 117-114 road victory over Washington in its most recent contest, while Detroit slipped past Indiana 111-106 at home Saturday in their most recent game.

Both teams come into this game with some momentum as each has won two straight in addition to five of their previous seven games.

The difference is that Atlanta is still in the playoff picture while the Pistons are second to last in the Eastern Conference.

This is a prime chance for Detroit to give their young guys a chance to compete and get acclimated, but the Hawks should prove too big and too strong.

Suggested Bet: Atlanta Hawks -7.5 at $1.88

march 8th 11:30am

Houston continues its difficult schedule when it gets set to the Miami Heat in Florida on Tuesday morning at FTX Arena.

The Rockets struggles during this season have led them to sit last in the Western Conference, but they gained some respect back after causing a massive upset against Memphis.

It now shapes as a danger for Miami, which will need to be wary of a Rockets team who showed great fire on offence in the 123-112 win against the Grizzlies.

However, the Heat will buoyed by their own form at the moment having held down top spot in the East after a big win over Philadelphia.

The Rockets, for all the good form they showed on Monday, have been horrific on the road this season.

A test against the best in the East will truly show us the gap between them and a championship-worthy squad.

Suggested Bet: Miami -15.5 at $1.90

golden state @ denver

march 8th 1:00pm

Golden State will somehow attempt to reverse its poor run of form when it travels on the road to face Denver in the Mile-High City.

The Warriors were victim of a LeBron James masterclass on Sunday afternoon and dropped further away from Phoenix at the top of the Western standings.

Proof of the Warriors insufficiencies as a playoffs team without Draymond Green was further exacerbated by what the Lakers did to them on offence in the 124-116 loss.

Denver will be circling the Warriors like prey knowing it has pounced on the Warriors twice this season already.

With Nikola Jokic firing on all cylinders and the Nuggets getting stuck into a Warriors team that is struggling to find its mojo, this could be a big win for the home team.

Suggested Bet: Denver -7.5 at $1.90
