We drive into week 14 of the NFL with the best bets from each across the new fixture.
It starts with the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers to get us underway on Friday afternoon.
Minnesota vs. Pittsburgh
10th december 12:20pm
Minnesota and Pittsburgh do battle on Friday afternoon in an inter-conference clash.
Pittsburgh comes in off a 20-19 victory over Baltimore at home Sunday afternoon in their previous game.
Minnesota was edged 29-27 by previously winless Detroit on the road Sunday afternoon in their most recent contest, but it was no surprise given how competitive the Lions had been for the majority of the season.
With the Vikings struggling defensively and banged up offensively, it could prove to be a problem against a Steelers team that found something in the fourth quarter against the Ravens.
Predicting the Steelers come up with the victory on the road here to keep themselves in the thick of the AFC playoff picture.
Suggested Bet: Pittsburgh Steelers head to head at $2.4
cleveland vs. baltimore
13th december 5:00am
Two AFC North rivals go head to head when Cleveland and Baltimore clash helmets on Monday morning.
The Browns will be praying the week 13 freshen up provides them with enough energy to find a way against a Ravens team who suffered a heart-breaking loss against Pittsburgh.
With a big question mark over the fitness of Baker Mayfield, we will favour the Ravens to bounce back in a big way.
Suggested Bet: Baltimore Ravens head to head at $2.15
Tennessee vs. jacksonville
13th december 5:00am
The Titans and Jaguars trade blows come Monday morning at Nissan Stadium.
The Titans enter this game as massive -8.5 favourites against a Jaguars that sit last in AFC South after being belted by the LA Rams last week.
With Jacksonville really struggling to find a way to score points easily, it seems a case of how far for the Titans at home even if they are coming off two disappointing losses.
Suggested Bet: Tennessee -8.5 at $1.91
kansas vs. las vegas
13th december 5:00am
Kansas City faces off against Las Vegas Raiders in a bid to keep its five-game winning streak intact heading towards playoffs.
The Chiefs found a different way to win against Denver without the major influence of Patrick Mahomes.
The running game of the Chiefs and defence stood up with Mahomes only managing a 184-yard passing game, which is an ominous warning for the Raiders.
Las Vegas will know they need to be brutal when pressing Mahomes in the pocket.
The Raiders need to win this game in order creep head on the win-loss ledger, but it is going to be a difficult against the Chiefs.
Kansas should be able to keep its winning run going, but covering the spread as the home favourite this season has been bit of an issue.
Suggested Bet: Las Vegas +9.5 at $1.89
new york jets vs. new orleans
13th december 5:00am
New Orleans will be sweating on the fitness of gun running back Alvin Kamara ahead of its travel to New York for a clash against the Jets.
The Jets have been awful for the majority of the year and this game represents a big chance for the Saints to keep their playoffs hopes alive despite being last at 5-7 in NFC South.
If the Saints announce the return of Kamara from his knee injury, expect the line to be slashed.
Keep an eye on team line ups.
Suggested Bet: New Orleans -4.5 at $1.91
washington vs. dallas
13th december 5:00am
Dallas heads to the nation’s capital for a battle against Washington on Monday morning at FedEx Field.
The big players keep rolling back in for the Cowboys and the timing seems perfect as they head towards a playoffs berth with an 8-4 record heading into this fixture.
Micah Parsons, Randy Gregory and DeMarcus Lawrence are all a chance to line up together and, if that occurs, it will cause all sorts of headaches for Washington.
This game is going to come down to whether Dallas can affect Taylor Heinicke or not.
The Washington quarterback has thrown six touchdowns in the last two weeks to give his team hope of a playoffs spot, but the Cowboys passing and intercept game is what is going to prove the difference.
Suggested Bet: Dallas Cowboys -3.5 at $1.87
carolina vs. atlanta
13th december 5:00am
Two teams on equal ledgers meet when the Carolina Panthers bash and crash against the Atlanta Falcons.
Both teams currently sit with 5-7 records, but it is the Panthers who are slightly favoured in this contest.
Considering the Panthers will be without All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey and cornerback Donte Jackson, who were both placed on season-ending injured/reserve during the bye, the Panthers price may drift come closer to kick-off.
Playoffs might be out of the picture for both teams, but suspect the Falcons can cover the spread against a wounded Panthers outfit.
Suggested Bet: Atlanta Falcons +2.5 at $1.92
houston vs. seattle
13th december 5:00am
The struggling Houston Texans will try to recoup some pride against the Seattle Seahawks at NRG Stadium on Monday morning.
Houston has been a deadset tune up for teams to get into form this season and if their offensive woes continue, we could be set for another ugly Texans loss.
Quarterback Russell Wilson was pivotal in Seattle’s win over San Francisco last week and now looks to have fully recovered from the broken finger that has plagued his season.
If Wilson can get his passing game going, the Seahawks could be in for a 40+ point game.
Suggested Bet: Seattle -7.5 at $1.91
denver vs. detroit
13th december 8:05am
Christmas came early for Detroit last week when it won its first game for season, but it now must turn its attention to this clash against a desperate Denver Broncos team.
Detroit has a formidable rushing attack thanks in large part to the strong play of its offensive line, so there is every chance it can trouble the Broncos throughout patches of this match.
The Broncos running game is also strong with veteran Melvin Gordon and rookie Javonte Williams carrying the Broncos offence in recent weeks.
The Lions will be eager for a repeat performance of last week, but upsetting the Broncos in Denver seems a task too far for the team who are favourite to take the number one pick come draft time.
Suggested Bet: Denver -8.5 at $1.91
la chargers vs. new york giants
13th december 8:05am
The New York Giants head over to California for a battle against the Los Angeles Chargers.
It has a been struggle for the Giants this season as they limp along at 4-8 and the market is exactly favouring them in this game having been installed the +9.5 underdogs.
Coming off an impressive road win at Cincinnati, the Chargers look all but certain to punish the Giants who are rumoured to be down to their third quarterback come kick-off.
Suggested Bet: LA Chargers -9.5 at $1.87
cincinnati vs. san francisco
13th december 8:25am
The chances for Cincinnati to pass Baltimore for that playoff spot are becoming thinner by the week and it is now a must win situation for the Bengals when they face the 49ers in week 14.
After suffering defeat against the Chargers last week, the Bengals are in a precarious spot at 7-5 and one game behind the AFC North leader.
The 49ers were also their own worst enemy last week after putting in a stinker against Seattle last week to go down by a touchdown as well-backed favourites.
This is probably one of the toughest games to pick in the whole round.
Both teams are capable of imploding and it too difficult to pick from a head to head perspective.
We will have bet on the overs market.
Suggested Bet: Total points scored over 48.5 at $1.86
tampa bay vs. buffalo
13th december 8:25am
Reigning Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay opens up the field-goal favourite when it welcomes the Buffalo Bills to Raymond James Stadium.
This game marks only the second time the Bills have gone into a game as the underdogs this season and the one time they did they easily covered the spread.
But Tampa Bay at home is a different beast.
The ‘GOAT’ Tom Brady has led the Buccaneers to a 4-1 overall season record against the spread at home which os the second best in the NFL.
If his form last week is anything to go by – four touchdown passes versus Atlanta – the Bills are going to be struggling to keep up here.
Suggested Bet: Tampa Bay -3.5 at $1.98
green bay vs. chicago
13th december 12:20pm
Aaron Rodgers and co lead the Green Bay Packers into their match against Chicago on Monday afternoon.
After having the week off to recoup from a brilliant win over the LA Rams, the Packers have the advantage of extra rest over the Bears.
Chicago has been on the slide since November 9 having lost three of its last four matches with the most recent being a defeat against high-flying Arizona.
The big problem for the Bears last week was Andy Dalton’s horrific game that saw him throw four intercepts.
Dalton will need to clean up his act if he is to somehow match it with Rodgers and the Packers receiving team.
Suggested Bet: Green Bay -11.5 at $1.85
Arizona vs. LA Rams
14th december 12:15pm
A huge Monday-night prime time game over in the USA reaches our shores on Tuesday afternoon with the game of the ground between Arizona and LA Rams.
The 10-2 Cardinals have opened up a slight $1.72 favourite and it is with reason given they have been the best-performed team from a head to head perspective and do not look like stopping anytime soon.
Both the Rams and Cardinals did face fairly weak opposition in their wins last week, so it is a shade difficult to line up how much depth the form lines have to them.
What does stand out in this game though, is how much better than Cardinals are in defence.
They currently give up 18.7 points per game which has them ranked fourth in the league, while the Rams concede 22.5 points per games which has them ranked 17th.
If the Cardinals pass rushing is on point and they can put Matt Stafford under the pump, eleven wins beckon.
Suggested Bet: Arizona Cardinals head to head at $1.72
