Warwick Farm and Sandown Lakeside are the feature meetings this Wednesday. With competitive and exciting racing expected at both venues, find out below who our experts expect to take home the cash!

Warwick Farm Race 6

#3 Atlantic Ocean

Atlantic Ocean has been good without winning this preparation. The I Am Invincible gelding strips fitter here, and the big boy excels when he races at the farm. From barrier two I suspect he will occupy the box seat throughout, and if the gaps appear as the field turns for home, he can figure in the finish. Ready to win!

West Of Africa is edging towards a peak performance for the campaign. Both runs this preparation have been ominous without threatening, and I suspect he has been trained to explode third-up from a spell. The addition of James McDonald is advantageous, and his record at 1300m must be respected. Jumping from another suburb is the primary concern.

Rebel Shadow can cause a boilover on the quick backup. The Rebel Dane gelding is racing better than his form reads in the guide, and he finds his pet distance on Wednesday. The 2kg apprentice claim brings him into all winning conversations, and I expect he will get the run of the race from the perfect inside draw. His recent winning record is the biggest deterrent.

Suggested Bet: Atlantic Ocean @ $5.00

Warwick Farm RACE 7

#14 Tsarina Sophia

Tsarina Sophia can resume a winner. The Russian Revolution mare is a first-up specialist, and she traditionally performs well over the six-furlong trip. The talented four-year-old turned heads recently at the barrier trials and was drawn to perfection in barrier four. The current track conditions will suit, and there has been a flood of money for her in early betting. Hard to toss!

Valiancy was rock-solid first-up at Hawkesbury. The Shooting To Win mare refused to shirk her task, and she was braver than Mel Gibson in defeat. Her second-up record speaks volumes; she looks well-placed in this company. The 1200m is ideal at this stage of her preparation, and Jason Collett has multiple options from the middle gate. The Ciaron Maher factor should never be underestimated.

Demiana put the writing on the wall for a big campaign with her first-up performance at Rosehill. The I Am Invincible mare has been specked at a price, and the addition of Kerrin McEvoy could prove the winning difference. From barrier ten, she will drift back and watch the race unfold, and if she doesn’t get too far out of her ground during the race’s early stages, she can prove too strong late. Take on trust.

Suggested Bet: Tsarina Sophia @ $5.50

Sandown Lakeside Race 5

#4 Rule Of Time

Rule Of Time is racing well at present. The Sebring mare was good late at Sandown at her latest outing, and she has been calling out for the longer trip since the first fleet arrived. The enigmatic four-year-old handles all track conditions, and barrier one should ensure a soft trip in transit. Her racing pattern and style will always require an element of good fortune.

Preferential was a brilliant last-start winner at Stawell. The Preferment mare oozes class, and I suspect the penny is starting the drop for the precocious four-year-old. The Hayes camp have a big opinion of her, and I expect the further she stretches out, the better she will perform. The significant rise of the class and awkward alleys are among the primary concerns.

Jaykayann will start favourite after producing two eye-catching performances for the preparation. The Tavistock mare has been savaging the line late, and she is knocking on the door. The step out to 2100m is ideal, and the 3kg apprentice claim could prove a training masterstroke. From barrier ten, she will float back and give her rivals a head start, and if she can produce her customary turn of foot late, she can figure in the finish. Watch for her late!

Suggested Bet: Rule Of Time @ $5.50

Sandown Lakeside Race 6

#1 Binding

Binding loves the mile. The So You Think mare is drawn perfectly in barrier one, and the inform Jamie Fast Kah takes the mount. The talented four-year-old looks well placed in this company, and her public jumpouts have been good, leading into her first-up assignment. She is always thereabouts, and she represents fantastic each-way value.

Shes A Con savaged the line first-up at Sandown. The Contributer mare has raced well second-up previously, and the 1600m is arguably her best distance. From barrier six, she can sit midfield with cover, and if she is presented with her run at the right time, she can chime in when the whips are cracking. Her winning record is the primary concern.

Our Empress Zoe finds a winnable assignment. The Fastnet Rock mare has been racing ok in some hot-form races, and the significant class drop will be appreciated. Her record at the distance must be respected, and with even luck in transit, I expect her to loom in the shadows. She needs to put another victory on the board!

Suggested Bet: Binding @ $6.00
