st kilda vs port adelaide

april 30th 7:25pm

We could be in for battle royale when St Kilda face off against the resurgent Port Adelaide on Saturday night in Cairns at Cazaly’s Stadium.

The Saints made it five wins in a row with a professional defeat of GWS at Manuka in Round 6 to move into the top five and outside the four by percentage.

Port, meanwhile, beat up on a depleted West Coast team to deliver its first win of the season and have now set up a foundation to attack the rest of the year.

The Power are still missing a heap of firepower up front, but will be relieved Robbie Gray and Aliir Aliir have been named following further injury scares last week.

St Kilda has looked super slick in the last month, but Port Adelaide will playing with much more confidence and are after that first win.

Power to cause the upset.

Suggested Bets: Port Adelaide head to head at $2.38

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Port Adelaide head to head
Leg 2: O. Wines 30+ disposals
Leg 3: R. Gray 2+ goals
Combined odds = $6.25

carlton vs. north melbourne

april 30th 7:25pm

Carlton will attempt to rebound off a disappointing loss to Fremantle last week when it clashes with North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.

The Blues will be without industrious ruckman Marc Pittonet who has been sidelined with a PCL injury for the next 2-3 months and are sweating on the fitness of Harry McKay and George Hewett.

North Melbourne, meanwhile, comes off another 10-goal loss, this time at the hands of Geelong, but it does welcome back some dangerous players.

Jaidyn Stephenson makes his return and he will fond memories of his last clash against Carlton as he helped the Roos conjure up a 39-point win last season.

But Carlton has looked a completely different team under Michael Voss.

Expect the Blue Baggers to fight back hard here and make a statement in front of their home fans.

Suggested Bet: Carlton -27.5 at $1.89

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Carlton -27.5
Leg 2: C. Curnow 3+ goals
Leg 3: P. Cripps 30+ disposals
Leg 4: C. Durdin 2+ goals

Combined odds = $8.50
