wets ham vs. newcastle

february 19th 11:30pm

Newcastle United will be looking to make it four Premier League victories in a row when they head to London Stadium on Saturday afternoon to take on top-four hopefuls West Ham United.

The away side, who are now out of the relegation zone, will enter the contest off the back of a 1-0 win over Aston Villa, while West Ham played out a 2-2 draw with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

West Ham is favoured in this game and rightfully so.

Even if the Magpies have a winning streak going, the Hammers have too much class and too much on the line to be coughing this one up.

Prediction: West Ham 2 Newcastle 0

Suggested Bet: West Ham head to head at $1.67

aston villa vs. watford

february 20th 2:00am

Two Premier League teams struggling for form will lock horns at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon when Aston Villa play host to Watford.

Steven Gerrard’s men will be seeking revenge against the Hornets, who secured a 3-2 victory at Vicarage Road in the reverse fixture back in August.

That being said, Gerrard was yet to be hired by Villa back then and his ways have no been implemented at the club.

It is a different Villa team to the one we saw last year and they should be able to get it done at home against relegation-bound Watford.

Prediction: Aston Villa 3 Watford 1

Suggested Bet: Aston Villa head to head at $1.60

crystal palace vs. chelsea

february 20th 2:00am

After being crowned club champion of the world in Dubai, Chelsea now turns its attention to the Premier League in readiness for a tour down to Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace.

The match will be Chelsea’s first league outing in almost a month, but they take on a Palace side still winless in the top flight so far this calendar year.

It will be intriguing to see just how motivated and on the ball this Chelsea squad is after that success in Dubai.

Palace might be able to get Chelsea on the hop here.

Patrick Viera has made it tough for opposition to beat his men this year, so it is unlikely to be straightforward for the visitors.

Prediction: Crystal Palace 1 Chelsea 1

Suggested Bet: Draw at $3.80

brighton & hove albion vs. burnley

february 20th 2:00am

Still seeking their first away victory of the campaign, relegation-embattled Burnley will travel to the Amex Stadium to face Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Seagulls, meanwhile, have won only one of their last eight top-flight home matches, and are yet to claim maximum points in front of their own fans in 2022, which is stark contrast to what they produced in late 2021.

It has been a battle for both teams this year, but given how poor Burnley have fared away from home, the home team should be able to get that elusive win.

Prediction: Brighton 1 Burnley 0

Suggested Bet: Brighton head to head at $1.67

arsenal vs. brentford

february 20th 2:00am

Arsenal can claim a genuine case for the top four when it faces Brentford at The Emirates on Sunday morning.

The Gunners scored an impressive 1-0 victory over Wolverhampton despite being down to 10-men again for the majority of the second half.

These games at home against ‘inferior’ opposition have been the games Arsenal tend to perform poorly in, but Mikel Arteta has his men playing good football.

Brentford did come away with a 2-0 win against Arsenal at the beginning of the season, but the fortunes have changed drastically since then.

Arteta will have a near full-strength squad for this game unlike the last time he came up against the Bees.

Gunners in a canter.

 Prediction: Arsenal 4 Brentford 0

Suggested Bet: A. Lacazette anytime goalscorer at $2.05

southampton vs. everton

february 20th 2:00am

Frank Lampard and his crew of Toffees will be bidding to make it back-to-back Premier League wins as Everton boss when they make the trip to St Mary’s on Saturday afternoon to take on Southampton.

Currently 16th on the table, Everton has 22 points from 22 matches, while an improving Southampton are 10th, having picked up 29 points from their 24 league fixtures this term.

It will be true test of what Lampard has brought to Everton from a tactical and motivational point of view.

Playing the Saints on their home deck is rarely an easy day out and both sides have plenty of talent in their forward half.

Shapes as a game that will have plenty of goals, but it hard to pick either way at the head to head.

Prediction: Southampton 2 Everton 2

Suggested Bet: Draw at $3.50
Total goals over 2.5 at $1.79

liverpool vs. norwich

february 20th 2:00am

The market is telling you all you need to know about this contest between Liverpool and Norwich.

With a $1.10 being offered about the Reds, the gulf between these teams is bigger than the Grand Canyon.

World class talent on one side and a team struggling to avoid relegation on the other.

Liverpool could hit four or more in this game and Norwich will he helpless.

Prediction: Liverpool 5 Norwich 0

Suggested Bet: Half time over 1.5 goals at $1.96

manchester city vs. tottenham

february 20th 4:30am

This could very well be the shortest price Manchester City has ever been when it faces Tottenham at The Etihad as a $1.27 favourite.

Spurs have been horrendous in the month of February and their top four hopes are fading by the day if Antonio Conte cannot rectify this form slump.

The problem for Conte is that City are humming along at the moment.

A 5-0 Champions League win over Sporting Lisbon for Pep and his men will have them brimming with confidence heading into this clash.

There might even be a bit of revenge on the cards for having lost to Spurs on Matchday 1.

Prediction: Manchester City 3 Tottenham Hotspur 1

Suggested Bet: R. Sterling anytime goalscorer at $2.10

leeds united vs. manchester united

february 21st 1:00am

Leeds United and Manchester United face each other at Elland Road in a highly-anticipated Premier League game.

The Whites aim to make amends for a heavy 3-0 loss to Everton but it is going to be tough without Sam Greenwood, Patrick Bamford, Kalvin Phillips, and Liam Cooper who are sidelined with injuries for the home team.

United, meanwhile, is aiming to make it two wins in a row after accounting for Brighton on Wednesday.

The win was far from convincing and this is the type of game United have been prone to losing this season.

Cristiano Ronaldo will again need to be on song if the Red Devils wish to win.

Prediction: Leeds 1 Manchester United 2

Suggested Bet: Manchester United head to head at $1.85

wolverhampton vs. leicester

february 21st 3:30am

Wolverhampton is looking to add to Leicester’s woes when the pair lock horns in the Premier League this weekend.

The Foxes really need to win if they want to keep their faint hopes of European football next season alive but they go up against a resolute Wolves side that sit four places and 10pts ahead of them.

Wolverhampton was stiff not to get at least a point against 10-man Arsenal last weekend, but made up for that with a brilliant 2-0 win on the road against Tottenham.

That type of form stacks up for this match and the Wolves will be keen to give their home supporters something to smile about after the loss to Arsenal last weekend.

Prediction: Wolverhampton 1 Leicester 0

Suggested Bet: Wolverhampton head to head at $2.20
