The Denver Nuggets remain up North as they prepare to face the Detroit Pistons at Little Caesars Arena for the second time in as many days.

The Nuggets are in rare form at the moment having won four games in a row and will look to repeat the dose they served to the Pistons on Monday after recording a 117-111 win.

Nikola Jokic shows us match after match why he was selected as the NBA MVP last season and his 34 points, nine rebounds and eight assists proved pivotal in the six-point triumph.

Good luck to the Pistons trying to stop him and the Nuggets again.

Suggested Bet: Denver Nuggets -6.5 at $1.91

Two teams on the precipice of the playoff spots in the East go head to head when the Toronto Raptors (22-22) face the Charlotte Hornets (26-21) at Scotiabank Arena.

The Hornets have shown particularly strong form in their last ten outings with a 7-3 win-loss record catapulting them into seventh spot in the East, but there cause for concern in the loss to Atlanta on Monday.

Charlotte only managed four three pointers from 36 attempts against the Hawks and coming up against the three-point artist in Fred VanVleet, the Hornets need to be on song from beyond the arc.

Despite the Raptors loss against the Trail Blazers on Sunday, they were coming off no rest after a long-haul trip on the road.

They loom much better set up to win this game and should be able to cover the spread.

Suggested Bet: Toronto Raptors -2.5 at $1.92

Washington Wizards will try to arrest a three-game slide at home when they welcome the LA Clippers to Capital One Arena on Wednesday morning.

The Wizards have lost four of their last fives games at home, inclusive of their three-game losing streak, and now face the stern test of trying to flip that form against a Clippers team desperate to bounce back after a loss against New York.

The Clippers have had to deal with all sorts of injuries and dilemmas throughout their season which has seen them miss Kawhi Leonard and Paul George for large chunks.

But Tyronn Lue has found a way to keep his team above the rising water.

Lue and his troops are going to need to pull out all stocks to cover the spread in this one, but they have proven capable even without Leonard and George.

Suggested Bet: LA Clippers +4.5 at $1.91

The Sacramento Kings will be trying to snap their three-game losing streak when they face the Boston Celtics.

It is likely going to prove a tough one for the Kings who are coming off a 133-127 loss to Milwaukee as eight-point underdogs, while the Celtics charge into this contest after a thumping 116-87 win over Washington as 2.5-point favorites.

The Kings have been horrendous on the road in recent times having lost eight games in a row away from home and a 6-9 losing record against the spread when starting as visiting underdogs is not exactly endearing to the punters.

Add in the form of Jayson Tatum who comes off a season-best 51-point performance against the Wizards and the alarm bells are ringing loudly for the Kings.

Suggested Bet: Boston Celtics -7.5 at $1.91

Get set for a bucket-for-bucket contest when two of the most offensive teams in the NBA greet each other in the form of the Los Angeles Lakers and Brooklyn Nets.

With the Nets ranking fourth for points scored and the Lakers ranking seventh, this is going to be a battle of attrition at the attacking end of the court.

It looks as though it will be advantage Los Angeles as the Nets try to deal without Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving who are both ruled out for this clash.

With Anthony Davis likely to return from an ankle sprain alongside LeBron James, it spells a bit of trouble for the Nets who might struggle to maintain the offensive stranglehold they have over many teams.

Suggested Bet: Los Angeles Lakers -3.5 at $1.91

The 34-13 Golden Warriors host the 27-20 Dallas Mavericks at the Chase Centre come Wednesday afternoon in what shapes as a huge Western Conference clash.

The Warriors white-hot form has well and truly simmered down now as they hold a 5-5 record through their last ten games, while the Mavericks are looking to improve on their 8-2 record.

Dallas has already dropped the Warriors this season after locking out Stephen Curry in a 99-82 win back on January 6.

The home-court advantage was with the Mavericks on that occasion and Luka Doncic was in sensational form, but the Warriors would want to be at their absolute best to bridge that margin.

No reason why the Mavericks cannot cover the spread away from home given what we saw earlier this month.

Suggested Bet: Dallas Mavericks +3.5 at $1.87
