In what is the second time these two boxers meet this year, Paul is slight favourite for this contest following his split decision victory in August.
Paul was initially looking to put the winning results against the former UFC welterweight champion behind him and put his boxing prowess to the test with a fight against Tommy Fury.
But Fury has had to pull out due to injury and up steps Woodley for his second chance.
The Woodley and Paul relationship outside the ring has been a weird one.
