Redshift Seven comes out of what looks to be a pretty hot lead-up event to the Dapto Megastar Final.
The seasoned campaigner drew a middle box in that heat and did a solid enough job to finish fifth after being buffeted and chopped out for a run early in the race.
The wide box might just suit him a little better as he can have a bit more freedom out deeper on the track to build up his stride.
He is the only dog who comes out a heat race besides the current favourite and he looks great odds at the moment.
Expect he will start favourite if the money keeps piling in for him.

#3 Restriction
This is one of the best races on the card to analyse from a punting perspective as we get given a big chance to have a solid wager on Restriction.
The Caitlyn Brewer-trained chaser looks to get the ideal scenario here with her main dangers either having a big gap between runs or bringing in questionable country form.
Restriction started a very well tried $2.90 favourite over the Dapto 520-metre course and ended up falling and failed to complete the race.
Want to pay respect to the market on that occasion and happy to give him another opportunity here.

Dapto race 5
#2 uno kai
Still have no idea how Uno Kai won last start after being skittled on the first turn and finding something in the locker to steal victory off Cumbria Days.
Those two dogs are hard in the market here, but this race looks much more favourable for Uno Kai having drawn box two and being closer to the rail early in the run.
From box two he can score up through the inside, hold the lead and run them ragged.
Only other danger looks to be the dog drawn in box one, but he is still learning and has some quirks in his racing style that need to be ironed out before being declared a good thing.

Having a good crack at Sound of Silence in the Dapto Megastar Final.
He has put in four cracking efforts from wide boxes at his last four starts with his two more recent runs being slick victories at Wentworth Park and the Megastar Heat at Dapto last week.
The way he charged to the lead and find the finish line last start was that of a dog in supreme confidence and form.
He now draws his favoured box in which he has won five races out of 11 attempts.
If he gets a sniff of the lead early in his race, not even Zipping Kyrgios will be able to hunt him down.
