Greyhound Racing Tips

Bendigo Greyhounds Tips & Previews, Saturday 9th October

The Bet Deluxe team has gone through the best bets as we take a break from The Meadows and venture out to Bendigo for Saturday night greyhound racing.

Bendigo hosts a big Saturday night of greyhound racing!

The Bet Deluxe team has filtered its way through the best bets and value ahead of 10-race program.

Bendigo race 3

#8 Shima Classic

Shima Classic draws ideally out in box eight.

Her record from box eight reads four wins from starts.

She is racing in brilliant order at the moment and proved her worth with a slashing 30.14 victory at The Meadows last start over 525 metres.

Not too fussed about the 42 day between runs because his talent will get him over the line here.

She will skip away from the lids, find the front and lead them a merry dance.

Suggested Bet: Shima Classic win at $2.2

Bendigo race 4

#4 Lots of Chatter

Have to side with Lots of Chatter in this race.

He showed blistering early speed in his most recent win up the Healesville straight to the get him ready for this 425-metre sprint.

His main rivals in the form of Lala Kiwi and Fortuna Bale might just have a little bit more talent than him, but he actually sets up better in this event than those two runners.

Lala Kiwi is returning off a trip to South Australia, while Fortuna Bale has to contend with a month away from the races.

Lots of Chatter is race fit, jumping fast and is already a three-time winner at Bendigo from his six starts at the track.

Suggested Bet: Lots of Chatter win at $4.2

Suggested Exotic: Boxed Trifecta – 4, 7, 8

Bendigo race 5

#4 Music Event

Siding very heavily with Music Event to defeat the short-priced Paua of Buddy.

The market should gravitate towards the very impressive win he posted at this track and distance last week when running a a very sharp 23.36 to win by just over six lengths.

Paua Of Buddy might be a better dog as their futures progress, but the set up for him tonight is not ideal having missed 25 days of racing.

If Shima Classic was not racing tonight, Music Event would just about be the bet of the weekend.

Suggested Bet: Music Event win at $3.8

Suggested Exotic: Exacta 4 & 8

Bendigo race 7

#7 Kinson Bale

Going to have a little each-way peanut on Kinson Bale who can threaten Ferdinand Boy in this event.

Prior to his last start defeat, he had been stepping up to the mark brilliantly and elevated to a career-best level when winning three races in a row.

He has sensational mid-race burn which he can utilise to great effect by following Ferdinand across from the wide box.

Should he get a clean run at it, unlike he did last week, then he can easily finish top three and at the double-figure odds he is too hard to leave out.

Suggested Bet: Kinson Bale each-way at $12 the win and $2.6 the place.

Bendigo Race 8

#8 Tiggerlong Tonk

The early market move has been for Typhoon Sammy, but the market looks to have shifted way too far in his direction.

Leaves the door open for us to back Tiggerlong Tonk who returns the races after nearly a month off.

The Correy Grenfell-trained veteran has been a legendary chaser for the kennel and notches up start number 90.

If he can bring his A-game here, which we expect he will with his legs being kept sharp for this sprinting trip, then he can cross and easily defeat the dog drawn in box one.

Suggested Bet: Tiggerlong Tonk win at $3.1

Suggested Exotic: Trifecta – 8/ 1/ Field
