NBA Playoffs Tips & Previews, Saturday 19th June

Tips, Previews and all you need for Saturday's NBA playoff fixtures.

The best bets for the weekend of semi-final action.

The Hawks try eclipse the 76ers and the Clippers attempt to end the series against Utah.

Philadelphia @ Atlanta

June 20th 9:30am

The hands around the necks of the Philadelphia 76ers have slowly started to become a little bit too much to bare as Atlanta attempt to finish the series off State Farm Arena.

The Hawks produced one of the most stunning comebacks in recent playoffs history to take out game five with a 109-106 victory after trailing by 26 points.

Joel Embiid has clearly been impeded by his knee injury.

The 76ers big man is still producing big numbers, but it has been no match for what Trae Young has manufactured.

Young went for 39 points and seven assists in the three-point win and he continued to stake his claim for the finals MVP title.

It was a win that Atlanta may look back on as a ‘line in the sand’ moment.

The only way Philadelphia can keep itself alive in this series is to be more proficient with its shooting, especially cheap points at the free throw line.

It has cost the 76ers dearly this series and a 23/38 conversation rate in game five was simply not good enough in such a big game.

Suggested Bet: Atlanta Hawks +2.5 at $1.94

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Atlanta Hawks head to head
Leg 2: T. Young over 29.5 points
Leg 3: Total points under 221.5
Combined odds = $6.5

Utah @ Los Angeles Clippers

June 17th 9:30am

The Los Angeles Clippers try to close out the series against the Utah Jazz on Friday night at the STAPLES Center but will be without star baller Kawhi Leonard.

An improbable road victory has the Clippers on the cusp of a Western Conference Finals berth and a win that would create franchise history.

A win would clip their admit one ticket into to a head-to-head showdown with the Phoenix Suns, but a loss would send them right back to the supposed fortress that the Vivint Arena in Utah.

They didn’t have their best player, Kawhi Leonard, available for the game, and they were going head-to-head with the best home team in basketball.

It was the game they were supposed to lose badly but Paul George had other ideas with 37 points and 16 rebounds to help guide the Clippers to a 119-111 win.

Most expected the Clippers to get rolled and sent back to Los Angeles with their luggage in hand.

But now its about the Jazz trying to hold onto to their season.

We just have to go with the Clippers on their home parquet.

Suggested Bet: Los Angeles Clippers head to head at $2.02

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Los Angeles Clippers head to head
Leg 2: Total points under 220.5
Leg 3: P. George over 29.5 points
Combined odds = $6
