NBA Playoffs Tips & Previews, Thursday 10th June

Tips, Previews and all you need for Thursday's NBA playoff fixtures.

Phoenix and Denver meet for game two of their Western Semifinal series, while a Friday double-header takes us into the weekend with Milwaukee and Brooklyn then Utah and Los Angeles Clippers doing battle.

The selections and previews for each game have found value everywhere!

Denver @ Phoenix

June 10th 11:30am

Phoenix took the lead in the best of seven against Denver and now look to make it 2-0 at home on Thursday.

The Suns starting five shared the load in the 122-105 triumph over Denver as Devin Booker and Chris Paul continued their dazzling partnernship in the playoffs.

Paul looks to have shaken off the shoulder injury that seemed to hinder him in the series win over the Lakers as he amassed 21 points, 11 assists and six rebounds.

Deandre Ayton broke even with star Nuggets centre Jokic  with 20 points and 10 rebounds, while restricting Jokic to only 22 points and nine rebounds.

Monty Williams would have been happy with what the Suns provided not only on offense, but in defence as well.

Tough to see the Nuggets turning it around.

The Suns are playing with spirit and structure that is tough to break down.

Suggested Bet: Phoenix Suns -5.5 at $1.90

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Phoenix Suns head to head
Leg 2: D. Booker over 28.5 points
Leg 3: Total points over 222.5
Combined odds = $4.1

Brooklyn @ Milwaukee

June 9th 12:00pm

Brooklyn takes the road to Milwaukee with a 2-0 lead in their Western Semifinals series.

The Nets battered a hapless Milwaukee in game two despite James Harden missing with hamstring tightness.

Many a question has been raised regarding Brooklyn’s defence but a 125-86 thumping of the Bucks proved just why it is the championship favourite.

It was not only an offensive assault but a defensive shut down of a dangerous Bucks team who was out on its feet early.

Kevin Durant put on a show with a game-high 32 points to go with his six assists and four rebounds.

The Bucks need to pay particular attention to the way they begin this game.

Going 36-19 in the first period against a Nets team who are capable of continuing a bucket after bucket onslaught as it did is no viable way to win.

Giannis Antetokounmpo will be hoping his 18-point game in the 39-point loss was a blip on the radar.

Expect a response from the Bucks but Brooklyn at the line looks the way to go.

Suggested Bet: Brooklyn Nets +2.5 at $1.92

Suggested Same Game Multi:
Leg 1: Brooklyn Nets +2.5
Leg 2: G. Antetokounmpo over 30.5 points
Leg 3: G. Antetokounmpo over 10.5 rebounds
Leg 4: J. Holiday over 5.5 assists
Combined odds = $6
