The final day of the NBA regular season.
All 30 teams take to the court for 15 games across the Eastern and Western Conferences.
The best bets for the games with the biggest implication on the playoffs have been analysed and selected.
New York @ Boston
May 17th 3:00am
The playoffs destiny of New York is in its own result when it faces the already locked in seventh seed from the Eastern Conference the Boston Celtics.
A win to the Knicks will ensure a fourth place finish and a playoff clash with the Atlanta Hawks.
It will be a battle between Jayson Tatum and Julius Randle who have both been outstanding for their respective squads this season.
Tatum has managed 26.4 points and 4.3 assists per game, while Randle has conjured up 24.2 points, 10.2 rebounds and six assists per game.
Suggested Bet: New York Knicks -11.5 point spread at $1.91
Charlotte @ Washington
May 17th 3:00am
Charlotte and Washington will sort out their play-in situations this season when they go head to head at Capital One Arena.
A win for either side will see them lock in eighth spot and what will be a match with Boston.
In a big boost for the Wizards, star point-scoring guard Bradley Beal is a sniff to make his comeback from a hamstring complaint.
Russell Westbrook has stood up brilliantly in his absence and may very well do the same again here.
The Hornets bring in solid, albeit losing, form to this game after having to deal with the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets in their last three games.
They will, however, bring the confidence of a 2-0 record against the Wizards this season.
Suggested Bet: Charlotte Hornets +5.5 at $1.93
Phoenix @ San Antonio
May 17th 4:00am
Phoenix could potentially take out the Western Conference with a win against San Antonio should the Utah Jazz lose against Sacramento.
The Suns have enjoyed their best season in well over a decade and get the chance to go back-to-back against a Spurs side it smashed on Saturday.
It was another team-based performance in the 140-103 belting of the Spurs as Devin Booker continued a career best year with 27 points, while veteran point guard showed no signs of age being a boundary with 16 points 10 dimes.
For the Spurs, this will be a likely opportunity to get set for its play-in game and a chance to hone in on its three-point conversation after being held to an abysmal 15% from outside the perimeter on Saturday.
Suggested Bet: Phoenix Suns -8.5 at $1.90
Memphis @ Golden State
May 17th 5:30am
Stephen Curry is all but certain to lock in another scoring title when his Golden State Warriors take on the Memphis Grizzlies.
Curry has averaged 31.8 points per game to haul the Warriors into playoffs contention despi a slow start to the season.
The winner of this game goes to number eight seed to take on either the Los Angeles Lakers or Portland Trail Blazers, while the loser will be paired with the San Antonio Spurs.
Clearly the loser of this game will have the easier time of it in a play-in game against the Spurs.
It would be facetious to suggest both teams will go out there with the intention not really worrying about a loss.
Curry, despite being a team man, might just have one eye on the scoring title rather than winning this one.
Suggested Bet: Memphis Grizzlies +3.5 at $1.91
Los Angeles Lakers @ New Orleans
May 17th 11:00am
Los Angeles Lakers can potentially launch itself into a guaranteed playoffs position and avoid the play-ins with a win against the New Orleans Pelicans.
A win for the Lakers, a win for Dallas and a loss for Portland will ensure the Lakers finish in sixth place with a playoffs series against Denver locked in.
A loss will see the Lakers finish seventh and taking on the winner of Golden State and Memphis.
The Lakers have regained LeBron James and Anthony Davis from injury and can now formulate their tilt at their Championship defence.
With Zion Williamson having his season ended a fractured finger, expect the Lakers to flex their muscles and make a big statement.
Suggested Bet: Los Angeles Lakers -9.5 at $1.91
