Two Group 1 races headline the preview tonight with the Perth Cup and Galaxy Cup Finals to be run and won on Saturday night at Cannington.
The best bets for both races have landed as have the best selections from The Meadows and Wentworth Park.

Cannington Race 6 - Perth Cup
#6 Canya Cruise
Taking a bit of risk here and backing in the talent of Canya Cruise to overcome box six.
His win in Heat 3 of the Perth Cup qualifiers was simply put… stunning.
He took control of the front early in the race and rocketed away to win in 29.56 which was the quickest time of all the heats last Saturday.
If he can jump cleanly from the green rug and get a trouble free run, well, then this race is quite simply over.

Cannington Race 8 - Galaxy Cup Final
#1 Sunset Bourbski
Getting the shivers typing this knowing we’ll be betting against the absolute freak that is Zack Monelli but we might have found the one to knock him off.
Sunset Bourbski was a smart winner in his heat of the Galaxy Cup after winning in a time of a 41.65 last weekend to book his spot in the final.
He drew box one to guide him to victory last start and draws the same box in this race.
Zack Monelli will have to win from out deep on the track and if he cannot cross Sunset Bourbski we might be celebrating an upset victory.
While we have to concede the favourite was simply stunning in his fastest heat of the night 41.39 victory, box seven might cause a few headaches for this odds-on favourite.

The Meadows Race 10
#8 Abelero bale
Abelero Bale has been racing well without winning in recent times.
His last two starts at The Meadows have yielded two fourth-placed finishes but both those races were in higher grade.
The last time he raced in a Grade 5 race at this track and distance he bolted in by just over six lengths after starting a $4 elect and overcoming the awkward squeeze box.
He should appreciate the wide draw here given he takes a few strides to really get warmed up.
Think he is the best each-way bet of the night despite this race having a no third dividend payout.
Hard to see him missing the top two.
Suggested Bet: Abelero Bale each-way at $5.5 the win and $2.5 the place.
The Meadows Race 11
#4 Handsome Jack
Handsome Jack is the best of the night at The Meadows.
He is a big advantage over his rivals tonight with elite gate speed and fitness on his side.
Has not finished below a runner-up placing in his last four starts at The Meadows 525-metre circuit with his 30.07 win on March 31 being the best of bunch.
His main rivals are drawn inside of him but do not possess the early toe that he has.
Javi is coming off two 350-metre straight races at Healesville and Wynnum is unlikely to beat our pick for early speed.
Very content to be with the fit and firing greyhound who has a great fitness base and platform to win this.

Wentworth Park race 10
#5 Winlock On Top
Jungle Deuce is clearly the best dog in the race but he comes up a very short-priced favourite and while he is the dog to beat, the $1.90 is horrific unders.
Going to side with Winlock On Top from box five who was unlucky when clipping heels last start and falling in a higher class race won by Wow who one of the best greyhounds in the country.
He pulled up fine from the tumble and comes up bigger odds than his kennel mate, Ritza Donald, who started longer than him when they went head to head in a race on March 7.
Love his record from box five with eight starts in the yellow blanket registering fives win.
