western force v melbourne rebels

march 12th 8:45pm

The Western Force welcome the Melbourne Rebels to Perth for their week four clash on Friday night.

The Force have already showed great tenacity to improve on its 2020 performances and with the signings made in the off season, the only way to progress on the table is up.

A close game against the battling NSW Waratahs may have left Force followers with cause for concern but they were able to get the job done with a 20-16 victory.

The Rebels, meanwhile, have faced the strongest opposition in Super Rugby Australia in the form of the Queensland Reds and ACT Brumbies.

It could very well be a case of the Rebels sitting at two wins from its opening two games but the class of its opposition shone through late in the both fixtures.

The losing form of the Rebels looks to have a bit more substance to it than that of the home side.

Melbourne should get its first win of the year.

Suggested Bet: Melbourne Rebels to cover the -1.5 line at $1.83

act brumbies v queensland reds

march 13th 7:45pm

This is the match of the season in Super Rugby Australia….so far.

The undefeated ACT Brumbies take on the undefeated Queensland Reds at GIO Stadium in Canberra on Saturday night.

The Brumbies sit atop of the Super Rugby Australia table with 3 wins from 3 games after a late penalty gave them a 27-24 win over the Rebels in Canberra last week.

Meanwhile, the Reds come into this one fresh off a bye after winning its opening two games of the season.

Reds rode their luck at home against the Rebels and scored a late converted try to come out on top with a 23-21 victory.

Historically speaking, The Reds defeated the Brumbies in a home fixture at Suncorp Stadium last season but they lost in Canberra in both games held there with a 22-20 loss in the regular season and 28-23 defeat in the final.

The Brumbies form seems to have improved on last season and its last two wins against the Reds should give them enough of a mental edge to get over the line here.

Suggested Bet: ACT Brumbies to cover the -1.5 line at $1.87

crusaders v chiefs

march 13th 7:05pm

The reigning Super Rugby Aotearoa champions the Crusaders continue their voyage for more success, this time against the Chiefs at Orangetheory Stadium in Chrischurch on Saturday night.

The Chiefs will have their work cut out for them on Saturday when it faces the best defence in the league.

While the Crusaders are irresitable to watch in offence, the foundation of this squad is its tight, compact defence.

Only just two rounds deep, the Crusaders hold six places in the top 10 for most tackles made by individual players.

Tom Christie sits at the top of the ladder with 32 tackles from two matches while Ethan Blackadder has made the most tackles (20) of any player yet to miss an attempt.

The news does not get any better for the Chiefs either having lost seven of its last nine games against the Crusaders.

Expecting this to be a dominant victory to the home side as they venture towards more silverware this year.

Suggested Bet: Crusaders to cover the -16.5 line at $1.87
